More of it.

This is from the scene when the Hobbits arrive in Rivendell. The Council Song, in which we meet Gimli, Boromir, Legolas, Elrond, etc.

The Council Song (Tune: I trust this one is self-evident)

Elrond, Legolas, and the Elves:

We represent the Sindarin League, the Sindarin League, the Sindarin League
We represent the Sindarin League, the Sindarin League, the Sindarin League
And in the name of the Sindarin League,
We wish to welcome you to Rivendell.

Gimli, Boromir, Hobbits:

"We represent the Mortal Folks' Guild, the Mortal Folks' Guild, The Mortal Folks' Guild
And in the name of the Mortal Folks' Guild,
We thank you for your hos-pi-ta-li-ty.

Tra la la la la la la
Tra-la-la, Tra-la-la
Tra la la la la la la
From now on you'll (we'll) be history.
We'll be hist ...
You'll be hist...
We'll be history.
And we will glorify your name.
You will be a bust
Be a bust ...
Be a bust ...
In the Hall of Fame!
Tra-la-la-la-la-la,
Tra-la-la, Tra-la-la
Tra-la-la-la-la-la-la--
Tra-la-la-la-la-la
Tra-la-la, Tra-la-la
Tra-la-la-la-la-la-la
Tra-la-la-la-la, Tra-la-la, Tra-la-la-la
Tra-la-la-la-la-la--

And this is from the scene in Lothlorien where Aragorn stands on Dol Amroth (or do I mean Cerin Amroth? whatever) and sings of his love for Arwen. Actually, it is a duet for Aragorn and Voiceover Arwen, with Aragorn clutching his wee flower.

Apologies to Cassandra Claire for swiping her title, her idea, and her wit.

Still Not King (Tune: "Send in the Clowns")

Aragorn:

Isn't it rich?
Are we a pair?
Me here at last on this hill,
You in midair.
But... where is my crown?

Aren't you swell,
Lounging at home,
While I keep tearing around
With an elf and a gnome?
But where is my crown?
There should be a crown.

Just when I'd stopped
Making Boromir pissed,
Finally knowing
The crown that I wanted was his,
Forging my weapon again
With the usual runes,
The Balrog turns up,
And eats Gandalf too soon.

Aragorn and Arwen together:

Are you bored with it all?
With the Quest and the Ring?
I thought that you'd want what I want --
Sorry, Dahling!
And where is my crown?
Quick, send me my crown.
I ought to be king.

Is Legolas gay?
I bet Frodo is queer.
These rumors of slash will undo
My royal career.
And where is my crown?
I need me a crown.
Well, maybe next year...

And of course Frodo's great curtain song for the end of Vol. II (er, I mean Act II):

Frodo:

To dream the impossible dream
To fight the unbeatable foe
To bear the unbearable sorrow
To run where the brave dare not go

To write the unspeakable song
To be better by far than you are
To try when your arms are too weary
To undo the unundoable Ring.

This is my quest!
To carry that Ring!
No matter how hopeless,
Or how badly I sing.
To fight for the right
Without question or thought
To be willing to march into hell
Since what choice have I got?
And I know
If I'll only be true
To this glorious Quest
That my heart will be peaceful and calm
When I'm laid to my rest!

Chorus of everyone else, interrupting (Tune: "That's Amore"):

When Middle-earth is at peace
You think you'll rest at ease?
That's what you think!

When it's over and done
And the good guys have won?
That's what you think!

Frodo (louder):

...AND THE WORLD will be BETTER FOR THIS:
That one man without knowing a thing
Still strove with his last ounce of courage
To melt the unmeltable Ring!

Chorus:

Man??

We have several Gollum Songs, one of which is based on the classic Riddle Song. But for now, here's

The Gollum Song with Frodo and Sam (Tune: Yes, Sir, That's My Baby)

Frodo and Sam:

Who's that following me down the street?
Who's that looking so petit?
Who's that coming down to choke me here?
Who's that--you know who I mean,
Creepiest "who" you've ever seen,
I could smell him miles away from here.

Yes, Sir, that's Smeagol
No, ain't no pollywoggle
Yes Sir, That's Smeagol now.

Gollum:

What'ss the "Thing" we raves about,
What does we feel blue without,
In the winter, sssummer ssspring and fall?
What was we (gollum) gonna say,
We forgets (gollum), but anyway,
Here's the mosst important thing of all:

Yes, Sir, that's my Preciouss
We wantss it more than fisshes
Yes Sir, That's my Presciouss now.

Then, during the Battle of the Pelennor Fields, we have

Sauron's Song (Tune: The Candy Man)

Who can take a sunrise,
Sprinkle it with gloom
Cover it with choc'late
And a sorcery or two
The Mordor Man,
Oh the Mordor Man can
The Mordor Man can
'Cause he mixes it with murk
and makes the world go dark...

Who can take a rainbow,
Wrap it in a moan
Soak it in the mud and
Make a groovy grave-y groan
The Mordor Man,
The Mordor Man can
The Mordor Man can
'Cause he mixes it with murk
And makes the world go dark

The Mordor Man
Makes everything he bakes
Horrifying and horrending
Now you talk about your awful ending,
You could maybe try surrending.

Oh! Who can take tomorrow,
Dip it in despair
Separate the sorrow
And display it with such flair
The Mordor Man,
Oh the Mordor Man can
The Mordor Man can
'Cause he mixes it with murk
And makes the world go dark.

And from the same scene, we have

The Song of the Besieged People of Gondor (Tune: Tomorrow)

People of Gondor:

The sun'll come out tomorrow!
Bet your last Palàntir
That tomorrow
There'll be sun!

Just thinkin' about tomorrow
Clears away the cobwebs,
And the sorrow
'Til there's none!

When I'm stuck a day that's gray,
And lonely,
I just stick out my chin
And grin,
And say,

Oh
Theoden'll come
Tomorrow
So ya gotta hang on
'Til tomorrow
Come what may

Theoden!
Tomorrow!
I love ya
Theoden!
You're always
A day
Away!

And of course there is the sad Farewell Duet of Frodo and Sam at the Grey Havens:

The Grey Havens (Tune: The Way We Were):

Sam:

Memories
Light the corners of my mind
Misty Mountain-colored memories
Of the way you were.

Frodo:
Scattered pictures
Of the miles There and Back
And the things we lost along the roadside
On the way to here.

Together:
Can it be it was all so simple then?
Or has Bilbo rewritten every line?
If we had the chance to do it all again
Tell me, would we? Could we?

Frodo:
Memories
May be horrible and yet
What's too painful to remember
I can't possibly forget
So it's the slaughter
I will remember
Whenever I remember
The way I was.

Well, there's more, of course. There's Galadriel's Song ("Where now are the Dunedain, Elessar, Elessar? / Why do thy kinsfolk wander afar?" ) sung (of course) to "Where Are the Simple Joys of Maidenhood?"

There's Aragorn's Song for Gondor (Gondor! Gondor, between the Mountains and the Sea! / West Wind blew there; the light upon the Silver Tree, etc.) set to the theme from Babes in Toyland. There's Shelob's Song (naturally, this one is set to "I Feel Pretty").

These, and other delights, are forthcoming. Eventually.
