Tomorrow's NY Times Magazine has a spcial advertising supplement of major corporations inviting job applicants to fill their diversity obligations. Or it may be that simply running these ads once a year fulfills the obligation, I dunno.

I transcribe herewith the text of the CIA's ad, without comment, because some jokes just sell themselve:
