(no subject)
May. 9th, 2003 04:13 pmWah. I have moths. They have eaten two throw pillows, a nice wool dress, and part of a Persian carpet.
Also: my cat loves bagels. Bagels. Can't these cats get anything right?
And: I can't find my long file about the Seduction Theory of Literature. I tried searching the word "seduction" and got nothing.
Nothing. Either all my hundreds of seduction-related files got obliterated by Voldemort Tech Support in January, or I did not have hundreds of seduction-related files. Conclusion: I have no life.
And: Supposedly honest, supposedly liberal, supposedly independent public radio just referred to the Mesopotamia exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum in NYC as containing "the kind of art that may have been looted in Iraq."
May have been??
*voice rises to a shriek*
MAY have been???
Which powerful government agency was that little piece of mealy-mouthed cowardice designed to appease? We wonders, yess we wonders.
*hands scrap paper formerly known as First Amendment to resident moths, who eat it.*
