I swore I was going to drop politics from this blog, now that the election is over. But this needs to be recorded for posterity (or whatever temporary equivalent of it is provided by the Interwebs): Rod Blagojevich is trying to filibuster his way out of impeachment.

Like everything else he's done, it damn near works, too.
